The nylon cup and wheels abrasive brushes are mounted on 1/4 inch Hex shanks, which fit all drills or impact drivers and are safer to use. Made of synthetic, chemical resistant Nylon Bristles, they are extremely safe and will not cause any spark, corrode, rust, or shed, unlike metal brushes. As the nylon strands wear down, they expose fresh embedded abrasive grit that continues to provide a consistent effect, making them long-lasting and fast-removing.

This nylon brush kit is available in a variety of sizes and is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is safe and easy to use with light rust and paint removers and cleaners, whether the material is metal, steel, stainless steel, wood, aluminum, plastic, PVC, tile, or stone. The kit includes 9 brushes: three grits of pen brush, three grits of flat brush, and three grits of bowl brush. The gray-80#, red-100#, and blue-240# brushes have a 1/4 Inch Hex Shank and a maximum RPM of 4,500. The bowl and flat brushes are 3 inches in size, while the pen brush is 1 inch.
